REVIEW: COCO A MUST SEE FILM
Coco is a family movie about Miguel Riviera (Anthony Gonzalez) who goes on a journey in the land of the dead to get a blessing from a family member. With the help of Hector (Gael García Berna) they go on to uncover the truth of Miguel’s family history.
This movie is amazing with a wonderful soundtrack and with awesome visuals to go along with it. It is also a great representation of being in a Latino/Hispanic family with every little detail from how the grownups scold their kids family dinners.
The music is in good taste with a good mix of singing in English and Spanish. The visuals in this movie are full of life and they have that uniqueness of Pixar Animation with a flare of Latino/Hispanic colors. This movie also represents the Hispanic holiday Day of the Dead in good detail. It also displays the importance of family and pursuing your dreams.
I give 5 out of 5 stars
