NEW PLANS FOR ART CLUB
The art club will shift its focus to painting murals and fundraising this school year, sponsor L’oreal Frye said.
“Our club is becoming just murals,” sophomore Rhiana Curry said. “So, it’s no longer to go there and play.”
They plan on changing the club’s name soon.
“I want it to be community art club not just art club,” Frye said. “Because we’re trying to make it like a school community, we’re doing school stuff so that’s what I want to change it to.”
Their meetings are HELD now from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays in room 1127.
